Contact management via SALESmanago has just become even easier as the number of marketing consent statuses used in Workflows and Automation Rules has been increased from two to three.
The new consent status – "Not confirmed" – is assigned if a contact has filled out a form but has not
given their consent. The new status is visible on the contact card and can be used in automation processes as a basis for personalized omnichannel communication.
